100 Pounds Overweight College Student To A Svelte & Toned Yoga Teacher: Alicia Tells How She Did It
By admin
Monday, I welcome you! Not because it’s the start of another week but because I may or may not have had a few too many glasses of wine on Saturday night and waking up this morning meant feeling 100% again.
What did we do you ask? Nothing! I made dinner, Dan opened up a few bottles of wine we picked out and before I knew it the movie we were watching was over. Yup, I “fell asleep” for half of it. Oops.
Speaking of picking out wine, how do you choose wine?
Normally, when we stop by Total Wine, Dan gets to pick one out and I get to pick one out. Of course, I choose mine based on the bottle. Hence, why I chose this on:
All I can say is that it was awesome. I don’t know the name of it, but if you see this bottle and like citrusy wines then it’s a great choice!
I didn’t feel terrible yesterday but I definitely wasn’t 100% either, so today is refreshing! I wish I could say I won’t drink again, but come on, we all know it’s a lie we’ve all told. So why say it at all?
Anyways, enough of my wino issues. Because I have something so freaking cool to share today!
Losing Weight Is One Thing, Losing 100 Pounds Of Weight Is Another
Last week, I had the opportunity to sit down with a fellow Fitfluential Ambassador and talk about her amazing transformation. Alicia from Poise In Parma lost 100 pounds! She did it slow and steady, without pills or procedures and looks amazing (In fact, I might have called her Anne Hathaway during the interview).

She didn’t stop there, Alicia is almost finished with her path towards becoming a Yoga instructor! What an inspiration and an overall nice, open and radiant woman! I promise you want to watch this interview.
Go ahead and find out how Alicia lost 100 pounds and get inspired to take action on whatever goal it is you have. And then leave some love below.
If she isn’t motivating for you to hit whatever goals you have for your body, then I don’t know what is! Because of this interview I was able to get off my butt yesterday and still get a great workout in, even a bit on the post wine icky side!
