Quick Booty Blaster Workout

Am I the only one that is thinking today is going by way too fast?

Is there such a thing as Doggie Boredom? Because I am pretty sure Zoe has it and is in 100% disagreeance with me about today. (She also says “Mom, I want a hair cut!”), poor girl.

Today seems to be going so freaking fast because I am in productivity mode! Checking one thing off my list after another! Oh it feels so good to be productive! In between knocking off my “to do” list I managed to get outside to share a great:

Quick Booty Blaster Workout

No more excuses. It’s too easy for us to sit around and make excuses about why it’s not a good idea to go workout, but it’s even easier to sit and make excuses for why it is a good idea! And this workout should be on that list.

Only 4-exercises… just follow the rep count below.

How many times should you do this particular tush toner? Your tush will let you know. But aim for 2 rounds!

If you want to add dumbbells for some of the moves, then by all means do it!
