After suffering a devastating tornado over parts of the course in the weeks prior, City of LakesTri-Loppet participants successfully raced from Lake Calhoun to Theodore Wirth in the canoe-trail run-mountain bike triathlon. Zach Handler ran away with the mens title as Kim Rudd used superior bike skills to take the womens crown. Once again, the Skillicorns from Winona won the family relay.
