Kristina was born in 1980 in Wiesbaden, Germany. After finishing high school in 1999 Kristina moved to Israel and started studying Hebrew for one year. While working as a model, she went to the international college for health and fitness in Tel Aviv. Kristina became a certified step and dance teacher (certified by I cat), an aerobics and group exercise instructor certified by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and an indoor cycling instructor (certified By Star Trac.) From 2000-2002 Kristina worked as an aerobics, dance and indoor cycling instructor in Israel. In the following months Kristina became an AFAA personal trainer and moved to Japan in 2003. Since then Kristina works all over Tokyo as an aerobics, dance, group exercise and spinning instructor as well as a personal trainer at Gold’s gym, Tokyo American club, Goldman Sachs fitness center and many other places. In 2004 Kristina started to study yoga and became a yoga teacher (certified by Ishta yoga and also certified by the international yoga alliance.) Kristina was also certified as a rev master indoor cycling instructor from life fitness in 2005. As a life fitness representative she teaches spinning in Tokyo on the life fitness rev master bike. Over the past 8 years Kristina has build up a company with her husband called PR-Production which organizes fitness events, fabricates customised leotards and produces competition music for sports aerobic athletes. クリスティーナ・シュラーマン １９８０年 …
