Follow world-renowned fitness presenter Jane Wake through this bitesized workout for the exercise bike! A two hour ride (gross) on the 250 meter long track of the Vlaams Wielercentrum Eddy Merckx. In the last 35 minutes, I rode with a group (the start of this is visible in the last cut of the video), and maintained a pace of 21-23 seconds / lap on the blue line. This gives an average speed of at least 42 km/h for this part. I was in front twice, and by the time it was my third turn, everyone else was dropped (at the end of the 35 minutes) 😀
