No need to go to the gym. Here are some exercises that you can do at the park, outside or indoors. These exercises are very good for women or for beginners. Jenny is a mother of four and she integrates exercise into her everyday life. She does not own a motor vehicle she has learned to bike to work (6 miles round trip) and to every location that she needs to go, which becomes her main source of cardio fitness. She bikes often for fun up to 40 miles with the bike trailer with 2 kids inside. She eats very healthy foods and spends extra time to lift weights and perform calisthenics 2-5 times a week for up to 30 min.
