Go The Distance 10 Minute Kettlebell Workout
By admin
Oh man, do I have a great workout for you today!
I feel as if it’s been a year and a half since I’ve shared a kettlebell workout but I’m making up for it today!
Not into kettlebells? Or don’t have access to them?
No biggie, this particular workout can be modified to use whatever variation if weights you prefer… dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell… your choice.
The best part?
It’s just 10 minutes.
A 10 minute heart thumper, muscle burner! Fit it in at the end of a workout for a fit finisher, or use it for those days when you need something FAST and crazy effective!
Go The Distance Kettlebell Workout
The workout is composed of a kettlebell circuit and a body weight circuit. Your goal is to set a timer for 10 minutes to see how high you can take your kettlebell reps. The body weight moves stay the same, but each time you make it through, you’ll up your kettlebell reps by 1.
Make sense? Sweet!
Note: You’re going to want a lighter kettlebell than you normally use for snatches and presses. This workout wears you down quickly!
The Moves
Let’s take a look at each of the moves, that way if you need a refresher you don’t have to watch the whole video again.

Are you ready?
And remember, don’t use the lack of kettlebells as an excuse. Grab a dumbbell and go for it! If you use a barbell, obviously it’s not 3 reps/side but 3 reps TOTAL.
This particular workout is really great for newbies into the kettlebell world, only 3 moves to work on to get more confident!
Random question of the day…
One of the studios we rent from is hosting a “Frozen Summer Camp” and got me thinking of Disney!
Mine is Belle. I love her. Second is Ariel.
