Work out too little and you get NO results. Here is the TRUTH. You should work out to match your WORK CAPACITY. Huh? It means you should work out to match your energy for that day. Working out consumes energy and you should have a work out that meets your energy level. This means to work out JUST before your gym performance suffers.
