How To Have The Sexiest Arms For Your Date Tonight
By admin
Call me crazy, but it’s not a strange occurance to walk into my house and see me doing push-ups on the floor before getting dressed for an event (yup, just in my bra and panties).
Have you ever noticed that your body looks more toned right after a workout? Well, it’s not a figment of your imagination. When you strength train blood flow increases to your working muscles plus the fibers are contracted…
These two factors lead to looking more toned and tight right after a workout. So why not use those ideas for getting ready for date nights? Chances are that you will be showing off your arms with strapless or sleeveless outfits when getting “all dolled up”… and who doesn’t want toned shoulders, triceps, and biceps to complete the look?
This girl does! And that’s why I do these date night push-ups! Don’t knock ‘um till you try ‘um!
These 4 push-up variations come together to completely tone all parts of your arms, shoulders and chest.
Push-Up Variations For Women:
- Regular
- 9:00 Push-ups
- 2:00 Push-ups
- Triangle Push-ups
Just as stated below, all you have to do is 10 reps of all of these, then get dressed and head out for the night! You’ll feel great and have a bit extra boost of confidence!
How Did Date Night Push-ups Come Around?
To be honest it was all Dan. He introduced me to them when we were dating, filling me in that they were what he and his college buddies would do before going out with “the ladies”.
He did them when we were dating of course too! And we still do them, after all just because I am a married woman, doesn’t mean I don’t want to look my best when we go out! We all want to be hotties for our men and for ourselves!
Give these a try on your next night out and see what a difference they can make.
What about sexy date night legs?
There will be more on that later, but one great pre-date workout for legs:
- 75 Calf raises
- 50 Squats
- 25 Lunges
Easy, right?
Questions:
- Do you have any pre-date rituals?
- When was the last time you pumped out some push-ups?
