Here is Chris’s T2 at the Rockman 1/2 Ironman on June 7th 2009. Remember… the transition time starts when you dismount your bike… and cross the first mat until you are off and running and pass over the mat at the exit of the transition area. These times will be totally different depending on how the transitions are set up and where the mats are placed.
