Little Bunny Foo Foo Workout & The Tale Of The ObesEASTER Bunny
By admin
Happy Easter (if you celebrate). Dan and I are on our way to church and then spending much of the day with my parents eating, drinking a few classes of wine, and enjoying a few bites (or so) of chocolate bunny!
Speaking of the Easter Bunny, my friend Jeanette has decided to change his name to: ObesEASTER Bunny… because of all the temptations we’ve been forced to deal with since Valentine’s Day. I have to say I might agree with her, but even happier to say that my sweet tooth has been pretty low lately so I haven’t let the ObesEASTER Bunny affect me.
Because let’s face it… who wants this guy hanging around their house? Just think of the Cadbury Eggs he delivers! Wowza.
Jeanette sent this image to me, if you know the source, please share!
Since I am sure we’re all going to be overly indulgent today (which is okay), I wanted to share this quick but extremely affective muscle burning, heart racing, bunny jumping workout. I am sure that sometime today you’ll be able to fit this workout in!
I’m even bringing workout clothes to my parents house with the hope that Dan and I can make a trip to the gym on the way home, wishful thinking?
This workout is of course inspired by the Easter Bunny himself. It revolves around jumping which has been shown to be amazing at not only burning calories, but toning muscles, increasing strength and helping to build endurance.
Stop saying “just one more handful of jelly beans”, grab your sports bra and get ready!

After yesterday’s 9-miler, I will likely be taking it easy today in the gym. Get in some good stretching and light weight moves. This week is all about prepping for the evil trio that is ahead of me…
4/6: Cooper River Bridge Run 10K
4/13: Palmetto70 Relay Race (I have just over 16 miles to run)
4/20: Citadel Bulldog Challenge 10K (Obstacle course)
Yes, the challenge is a new one, Dan and Amanda wanted to do it and it just looks like too much fun to pass on. After that though, I am taking some time to rest up!
Okay, I have to run, someone has a 7 layer salad to throw together and layer 1 isn’t even started yet. Last minute? Yup!
Happy Easter from my family to yours!
Do you have any Easter traditions?
This is the first year I have forgotten to dye eggs! I know, I am a slacker. When I was a kid my mom used to make “bunny tracks” around the house with carpet powder. I loves trying to find the bunny around our house.
