Mandy Anderson: From A 6-Figure Debt To Becoming A Role Model For Women Looking To Have A Better Life

Today you’re likely back to the office and in need of something to take your mind off the piles of work you have to catch up on. Don’t fret, I have a great interview to share (and make sure that if you missed yesterday’s great planking workout, you catch-up)!

Mandy B Anderson is a L.E.A.N certified health coach, author and all around amazing woman.

For heard of health/life coaches in the past and have been curious as to what their roles are for people. So when I found Mandy, I jumped at the chance to get my questions answered. I learned a lot from my new friend and I am blessed to know her.

What’s A Certified Health Coach?

  • Is she a personal trainer? 
  • Is she a nutrition consultant? 
  • Is she a shrink? 

Basically, I learned that being a health coach is being all of those things (to an extend) rolled into one single package. She serves as a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to her clients who are looking to improve their lives.

As a woman who has:

  • Overcome a 6-figure debt
  • Battled the odds to remain healthy even when dealing with a disease like Cystic Fibrosis
  • Had to start fresh after her apartment burnt down
  • Dealt with body issues and weight
  • And so much more…

To say Mandy is an amazing role model is an understatement.

This woman is my hero.

What I love most is that Mandy has transformed and undergone what so many of her clients are aiming to do: go from unhealthy and malnourished to learning what it truly means to live: moderation, activity, and a happy outlook on life. That’s Mandy’s message.

We also share a passion for creating small changes in a person’s life to create big results. But you’re just going to have to watch/listen to know what I’m talking about!

What’s one thing you could change in your life to make it a bit healthier? 

For me, it’s not taking something out… it’s actually adding something in. I really need to work on my water consumption! I am terrible about drinking water and there are days when I don’t even drink an entire 16-oz bottle. I know I know. I’m working on it!

Today, I’ve had almost 32 oz!
