Merry Christmas From My Family To Yours
By admin
This is my favorite holiday of the year and I am excited to share it with my amazing family today.
The plan is to get Dan out of bed (right after I hit Publish, have our “mini” Christmas at our house opening gifts from his family (they live in Phili) and then packing up the car to head to my parents’.
Yes, I am getting close to 30 years old, and I still get really excited about Santa visiting their house. It will be extra fun this year because my niece is old enough to get excited about her gifts and toys.
After presents, we’ll start the food, drink some mimosas, eat some food, drink some more mimosas, and call it a wonderful Christmas Day!
So before I head in to wake up the hubby,
I want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
And to say Thank You, from the bottom of my heart for stopping by LiftingRevolution. I am so thankful for all my friends and readers and I feel so blessed to share this holiday season with you.
Merry Christmas!
What’s your favorite Christmas tradition?
What time do you wake up on Christmas morning?
When we were kids my brother and I used to wake up at around 5 am, sneak down to see what Santa brought us and then go back to bed. We weren’t allowed to wake up my parents until after 6:30.
I still have problems sleeping in on Christmas, but now I wait until 7 or 7:30 to get up. I’m still a kid at heart. Because I am the first one up, I am in charge of getting the coffee going, and turning on the tree and other inside decorations to start the festivities.
