Perfectly Sweetened & Spiced Carrot Cake Shake Recipe
By admin
Happy Saturday friends! Right this moment, I am on a secret mission. I am so excited! Make sure to follow me on Instagram so that you can see what I’m up to. It’s going to be a great day!
And with this shake to start my morning, I am already all smiles.
Carrot cake is one of my favorite desserts. It’s not something I crave often, but when I see it, I devour it.
When I was in college, my friends and I would make trips to bakeries for girl time. Whenever I could, I would opt for carrot cake. Not because it was my favorite (at that time, I had only had it a few times), but because I assumed since it had carrots in it, that it was better for my waistline than the cheesecakes and fudge sundaes.
Of course, now I know that it doesn’t work that way. But my love for carrot cake was created and lives on.
The spices, the chucks of raisins and walnuts… oh, the cream cheese frosting.
It might not be wise to enjoy real carrot cake on a regular basis, but there are ways to get around that.
This shake is one of them.
Even people that put their nose up to the cake version (who would do such a thing!?), love this shake. I know because I tested it out on my boot camp clients.
With fall in full swing, and pumpkin fever cooling down, I thought it was the perfect time to share.

I’m strange, I love (like LOVE) chocolate, but I have never been a huge chocolate cake fan. I’ll always choose white cake over it.
But my ultimate favorites are carrot cake and coconut cake!
