Revolution 2010 Spinning for Life

The Revolution is a charity fundraiser that brings together people of all ages and all fitness levels to participate in a large indoor cycling event. Indoor cycling is also known as spinning. Participants spin in support of the Dartmouth General Hospitals Charitable Foundation and Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti. Each spinner will commit to riding for 30 minutes on one of 100 stationary bikes. Spinners will be led by an expert spin instructor who will motivate the group to push beyond the limit. Leading up to event day, participants will gather pledges to fundraise for this great cause. Spinning is a great way to increase your cardio fitness level and makes for some excellent cross training. Join the Revolution, get fit help raise money for a great cause!
