Round-up Of The Most Festive Holiday Workouts

By admin

Happy Christmas Week!

Tomorrow morning we hit the road for our Christmas vacation and I am like a little girl waiting for Santa Clause! I know this is a crazy week for most of us, so while I plan on posting, we’re going to keep things light and fun around here.

I hope that’s okay?

Come January, and we’re going to buckle down. I have some amazing fitness tips/workouts/recipes and so much more that I can’t wait to share. But I will.

And please, if you have any special requests that you would like to see a post about, please feel free to email me (taylorryan0406@gmail.com) or state it down below in the comments! I want to make sure I am giving you guys what you want. Deal?

But for today… it’s already decided.

We’re talking workouts. Or really, sharing workouts.

Top 5 Most Festive Holiday Workouts

5… If you do one every other day, that’s enough workouts to bring you into the New Year (exactly 10 days away)!

So let’s get started. I for one need some extra movement this week because I plan on enjoying my champagne, sugar cookies (recipe coming soon), and rich meals. All without guilt. It’s glorious. <— If you’re interested, I created a pinterest board of the meals and treats I plan on making during our Mountain Week.

This week, I am sharing our entire Fit Women’s Weekly workout from the week! You can work right along with me from start to finish! And yes, it’s a holiday theme with a bit of an “in-law” twist.

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to this week?

For me… hitting the road tomorrow! Yay!
