Slip N Sliders Workout: Sliding To Tighter Toned Body

By admin

Why does everyone dread Mondays?

I mean, they start the week off and they allow us to forget about last week’s mistakes and start anew.

Right?

To be honest, after such a busy weekend, I am happy to have some consistency back, which also comes with the start if a new week.

Sure, we have to work, but those work days are what makes the weekends so much more special.

Let’s work on getting the week started off on the right foot, with a great workout!

Slip-N-Slide Workout

Carpet sliders aren’t something that you think about when putting together a home gym, but they should be!

They’re cheap and they will make your muscles burn like crazy, especially your abs!

The workout is just 4 exercises, but with the short rests and the intense movements by the end, your body will feel as if it worked out for an hour.

Because it’s so fast paced, the time will pass quickly! I promise.

At the end, I was looking up and thinking… Wow, over already?!

It took me about 5 minutes to catch my breath and make the decision that I would complete the longer workout that Dan and I had planned on doing together.

Ever since last weekend, we have made a promise to each other to train mostly with kettlebells for 4-weeks… so a kettlebell workout had to get done.

Since I am interviewing Marianne from MyOMytv.com later this week, it only made sense to try out one of her kettlebell workouts. Holy cow.

She didn’t disappoint! And now I am even more excited to talk with her.

She inspired me long ago to lift heavy and to give kettlebells a try.

I felt great knowing I worked out at such a great intensity but wowza, my body was tired. It made each sip of my champagne (we had to celebrate a great boot camp event) that much sweeter.

Do you love or loathe Mondays?

I can’t not wait to share the interview with you.
