Whip Six Womens Active Running, Triathlon, Cyclist Apparel

I can’t seem to get the split grip aysha on spin if I’m spinning very fast. Very frustrating. Is it just me or do ya’ll have trouble with that too? Lots of one handed stuff towards the end. The first song is just for you Matt! 🙂 The second was a group decision from a discussion on facebook. I know, That was a mouthful. I didn’t feel like I got much done but I did feel like I got a workout. Tomorrow. Abs!
