The Hike Kettlebell Workout

By admin

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I crave movement.

That’s not to the same as saying I crave a workout. There are those moments when I’ve been sitting at my desk for far too long and I NEED TO MOVE.

Just 5 or 10 minutes will do.

Just something that will get my joints active, my muscles awake and my body rejuvenated (why does sitting drain so much energy?).

For those times, there are workouts like the one I’m sharing today.

This workout is also great:

  • As a fit finisher: at the end of a tough workout, finish strong by adding this to the end as a finale. One final burn out to really make sure you get the most out of your workout.
  • Those days when you should workout but really just don’t have the time:  Life is busy and sometimes we don’t have an hour, or even 30 minutes to give to sweating. For those days… do this.
  • A fun progression challenge: Set a timer and see how fast you can do this! Repeat it each week to see if you can improve your time. This is a great test of overall performance. Go for it!
