My son Christopher shot this video of me during the Triangle Orthopedic Sprint Triathlon in Raleigh, NC on April, 20, 2010. 750 yard open water swim, 10.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Total time 1:26:06. Thanks for the video Christopher!!
www.swimbikerunvideos.com – Original Content by Dave Erickson Media. 2011 Radiant Lake Triathlon in Rathdrum, Idaho. Today’s overall winner was 36 year old Brian Hadley from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Brian finished in 1:03:34. Official race results show a 27.33 mph average on the bike and a 5:51 average on the run. In second place overall and last year’s winner, 27 year old Derek Garcia from Post Falls, Idaho. Derek came in at 1:06:51. In third place, also from Coeur d’Alene was 24 year old Nathan Birdsall. Nathan finished in 1:09:00. It was a much close race on the women’s side. Spectators witnessed a mere 36 seconds separating first and third. 30 year old Nicolette Demoe from Coeur d’Alene was the first woman to cross the finish line in a time of 1:25:14. Nicolette was also 25th overall. Only 9 seconds back was 23 year old, Jaimee Myers also from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. In third place, just 17 seconds behind Jaimee was 41 year old Andrea Wells from Sagle, Idaho. Andrea finished in 1:25:40.
