Hurdle Hops are versatile because you can do 1 legged, 2 legged, lateral, forwards and backwards. Right now I’m going to show you how to do a 1 legged. Now just because you don’t have hurdles at home, doesn’t mean you can’t do this exercise. You can grab any kind of object at about this height or a lower, and do these. These are called the Hurdle hops.
