I’m Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and today Melodie and I are going to show you a total body exercise with the use of the Bosu ball and dumbbells. So this is a Lunge with Bicep Curl. She’s going to stand back away from the Bosu trainer. She’s going to take one foot step on the center of the Bosu trainer. Come down into a Lunge position as she’s bringing the Bicep curls up. So the important thing here is to step center, keep the knee 90 degrees and lower from the back leg. Finding her position she’s working her legs, her arms, and her glutes. As she pulls back into position she wants to do about 8 to 16 reps. Her leg and then switch. And that is the total body exercise, Lunge with Bicep curl.
